Welcome to Chauffeur Booking. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email confirmation.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pick-up times, locations, and passenger details.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on distance, duration, and vehicle type.

  • Payment can be made via approved methods specified at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or changes to the agreed route.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

  • For airport transfers, we allow a reasonable waiting period after your flight lands. Beyond this, waiting charges may apply.

  • For all other bookings, a grace period of 15 minutes is included. After this, waiting charges may be applied.

  • Chauffeur Booking is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in charges for repairs or cleaning.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behavior is permitted in any of our vehicles.

6. Chauffeur Conduct

  • All chauffeurs are trained professionals and will conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism.

  • If you experience any concerns regarding a chauffeur, please contact us immediately.

7. Liability

Chauffeur Booking will not be held liable for losses due to delays, missed flights, or unforeseen circumstances. Our maximum liability for any service shall not exceed the cost of the booking in question.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

9. Amendments to Terms

Chauffeur Booking reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
